School Development Program (SDP)

Star Learner

Every learner is unique and special in their own way. Our Star Learner Assembly, held weekly, is a joyful celebration that recognizes and appreciates every learner’s talents and achievements. Learners are given the opportunity to take the stage and showcase their singing, dancing, drawing, or any other hidden talents, while also celebrating their academic and sporting successes. This program aims to inspire learners, build their confidence, promote positive behaviour, and encourage active participation in all areas of school life.

Learner Support Assistants (LSAs)

Learner Support Assistants play a vital role in supporting both teachers and learners within the classroom. They assist in addressing individual learning needs, help manage classroom activities, and provide additional academic and emotional support to learners who require extra attention. LSAs contribute to creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment that promotes the success and well-being of every learner.

Continues Professional development Program (CPD)

The Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program is designed to enhance teachers’ knowledge, skills, and professional competence through continuous learning and growth opportunities. It focuses on empowering educators with innovative and alternative teaching strategies that equip learners with essential knowledge, skills, and abilities. The program also aims to nurture learners into ambitious, socially responsible individuals while fostering creativity and a love for learning among both teachers and students.

Behaviour for Learning System

The Behaviour for Learning System aims to create a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment where all learners can thrive. It focuses on helping learners understand that their behaviour directly affects their learning and that of others. Through clear expectations, consistent guidance, and positive reinforcement, the system encourages self-discipline, responsibility, and respect. This approach supports both academic achievement and personal growth, fostering well-rounded learners who make positive contributions to the school community.
